Firenze Roasted Chopped Salad - $47.50
Individual Lunch Portion - $10.99

Serves about 15 as a side salad or perfect for an individual lunch bowl. Spinach, Arugula, Roasted Squash, Roasted Zucchini, Roasted Eggplant, Roasted Red Pepper, Quinoa Mix, Basil Pesto, Shredded Parmesan, Sweet Basil Vinaigrette, Oven-Roasted Chicken, and Hot Soppresata (proteins can be optional)

Catering faq’s

Is there a cutoff for when I can place a catering order?

We appreciate all catering orders placed 4 or more hours in advance!  However, if you would like to place a last minute order, you can certainly do so by going through our partner Chownow (click link here).  Please note that last minute orders are outsourced to drivers through Door Dash, and Door Dash is responsible for their driver being on time. Order ahead to guarantee your order is on time (we typically deliver those internally)!

Can I make changes to my catering order after it has been placed?

Absolutely.  Just log into your account to make any order changes you need.  We allow changes up to 2 hours before the delivery window. For orders placed through ChowNow (less than 4 hours in advance), please call us for any last minute changes.

What if I placed an order ahead of time but now need to cancel it?

All orders cancelled within 12 hours of the delivery time and date is subject to 100% charge. However, we do understand things happen, so please email us or give us a call at 847.440.4867 if you need to cancel your order less than 12 hours and we will be reasonable getting you a good solution!

Do you charge a delivery fee for catering orders?

Yes.  All orders located within the City of Chicago have a 10% delivery fee included into the quote.  All orders for surrounding suburbs and towns are subject to an additional delivery fee based on the distance from our restaurant.  If you have any questions regarding our delivery fee, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What are your catering delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are Monday-Saturday from 9am-4pm.  However, we are very flexible, so please call or email us if you would like us to deliver on a Sunday or during the evening and we will do our best to make it work!

Your Website isn’t working. How do I place an order?

Please email us at catering@firenzestreetfood.com, or call us at 847.440.4867. We guarantee we will get back to you as soon as we can, and that is usually within the hour during normal business hours.

What happens if there is an issue with my order upon delivery?

We work so hard to take the best possible care of each and every one of our customers.  However, mistakes inevitably will happen, even if they are few and far between.  In the event that something goes wrong with your order, please email us or give us a call immediately and we will work to rectify the situation ASAP. We value going above and beyond for those we have let down.

Do you ever run out of food and if so, what should I do?

Firenze’s bread is baked fresh daily and requires hours of preparation in order for it to be ready to serve. When you order catering ahead, you can guarantee we will plan enough bread for you. Sometimes late in the day, we get so busy and may run out of bread before our store hours close. If this is the case, we are incredibly sorry! Please email us or let us know if this ever happens to you and we will do what we can to make it up and get you the experience you were hoping for!
